DEPARTMENT JOBS
The Elementary &
Secondary Education Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites
qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the Job of Principal
(BPS-19) on a contract basis for a term of three years. The ideal candidate
should hold an M.Phil or equivalent degree (1st Division) from a recognized
university and possess a minimum of 15 years of administrative or teaching
experience in BPS-17 and above in the public sector. Alternatively, retired
Male/Female officers from the armed forces, not below the rank of Brigadier or
equivalent from the respective education corps, with a wealth of experience,
are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role
in the management and administration of the educational institution.
Applicants must submit
their applications, along with comprehensive CVs and educational certificates,
to the Section Officer (Autonomous/Bodies) of the Elementary & Secondary
Education Department within 15 days of the advertisement date. Shortlisted candidates
will be notified for interviews, and the appointment, if successful, will be on
a purely contractual basis. The age range for prospective applicants is 45 to
55 years, and the recruitment will be carried out through initial recruitment

Qualification/Experience for initial appointment:
- M.Phil or equivalent (1st Division) from a
recognized university with 15 years of administrative/teaching experience
in BPS-17 and above in the public sector, preferably with two years'
experience in management administration; OR
- Retired Male/Female officer from armed
forces not less than the rank of Brigadier or equivalent from the
respective education corps
